Can we schedule a private event?

Yes. Private workshops are available for groups of 8 or more people.

Can I bring my team for a team-building activity?

Absolutely. Our workshops are perfect for team-building — interactive, creative, and collaborative. We’ve hosted teams from the New York Giants, as well as many small and medium-sized businesses.


Can we adjust the workshop time to fit our schedule?

Yes. Private workshops can be adjusted and typically run between 2–3 hours.

What is the maximum group size?

Each tufting session can accommodate up to 40 guests.
For larger groups, we can schedule multiple sessions in one day.
Example: A group of 100 guests can be split into three sessions (35 / 35 / 30).

What kind of patterns can we choose?

You may choose any simple, easy-to-draw design. Our instructors will review and adjust your design on-site to ensure it’s suitable for tufting before you begin.

Can I cancel, reschedule, or get a refund?

We do not offer refunds.

Rescheduling is allowed in case of emergencies with at least 48 hours’ notice, as our team prepares materials and space in advance.

Do you offer workshops at our office or venue?

Yes. We can host off-site workshops for 50 or more guests.
